Praying 33 Beads
These beads carry no power of their own — they're just a way to give your hands and your attention somewhere to rest while you pray. Thirty-three beads, one for each year of Christ's life. The shape does the remembering; you just move through it.

The Tassel / Starting Bead
Here I am. Meet me as I am today.

Each Divider Bead (three of them, marking the sections)
Lord, have mercy.

Each Section (the beads between dividers)
Move through the nine fruits of the Spirit slowly, one per bead, letting them repeat as you move around the strand:

Love — Let me love without needing it returned.
Joy — Let me notice what's good, even today.
Peace — Let me carry stillness into what unsettles me.
Patience — Let me wait without resentment.
Kindness — Let me be gentle with what I don't understand.
Generosity — Let me give what I have, not what's left over.
Faithfulness — Let me stay, even when it's hard.
Gentleness — Let me be as soft with myself as I try to be with others.
Self-control — Let me choose, rather than react.

(Nine fruits, more than nine beads per section — let the words repeat as they come back around. Some days one fruit will meet you twice. That's not an accident worth fixing.)
